Might try the addition of a spoon or 2 of cream as someone suggested earlier. Much appreciated. Looking forward to cooking (and eating) some of your other recipes. A tip I learned: store your spices in a dark place (I know they look nice on the counter, but they age prematurely that way), and away from your stove (heat kills em too). Go for the misshapen little plum tomatoes, readers, you wont be disappointed! Secondly, 300 grams of water meant little to me.
