Hello.


We have a problem with a scan to PC function.


From time to time it crash. Printer says that computer is not reachable. But on computer the printer is pinging, printing, and scanning with xerox software (except print to pc)


I disable firewall but it's not easy to get back to work. But it works randomly, it means that it stops working after one day or later. And we have to turn turn off and on this function again.


What may cause this problem?
