Hi all,

I have a friend who has tasked me with the job of upgrading here Vista PC to windows 7 or 10 as her new iPhone requires a version of iTunes that will not run on Vista (I know, can spend $1000 on a new phone but heaven forbid she actually buy a new not 8 year old PC).

My issue is you cannot do a direct upgrade from Vista to Windows 10, only a clean install, and, I can't find anywhere you can actually purchase windows 7 to upgrade to that.

Is there anyway of upgrading the OS on this PC without doing a clean install?
