Hi,
Using Windows 7

When using the installer, a logo comes up, then there is no information about progress or completion.

The program does not show up on my Start Menu. When I search for the program, it does turn up, but nothing happens when I attempt to launch it.
When I go to the Task Manager, there are two processes shown, but no applications.

Please help.
