Hi,

First off this crashing is not consistent, it happen's randomly. I've run a stress test on my CPU to see how my cpu handles, no crashing, no problems. Next off I ran a memtest, scan said memory was fine with no problems. I have ran a GPU stress test, no problems. SSD test, nothing, no problems. HHD long generic and smart test, no problems. I have mainly Avast antivirus/Malwarebytes, and windows defender doing occasional scans, with no results of problems. Also, I have reinstalled windows twice and have used registry repairing tools.

But my PC problems are inconsistent, for example, let's say I start up my pc, then I move my mouse, it has a drag or rubberbanding effect. Then my pc freezes, unfreezes, more drag, then freezes completely until I have to manually turn it off.

Or another situation, I'm playing Civ 5, an easy game to run on my specs, I will launch then maybe go afk to go eat. Come back my pc is fine and exactly how I left it. Start a world, then 10 minutes later my pc freezes then black screens then restarts. But while it is restarting it remains black, I don't see the windows logo loading or my motherboard logo loading, I hear the sound as soon as it starts up, like a windows sound, but the screen remains black. After that, I have to turn off my computer manually again, then push the power buttons around 5-7 times to start up again.

Today I launched GTA 5, a fairly harder game to run, but in the middle of my loading screen I alt+tab real quick to open youtube and listen to music, but when I was typing youtube and hit search, it said "Aw, Snap! Google Chrome ran out of memory while trying to display the webpage." I believe 16gb is enough to display google, is it not? But after I tab back into my game, my pc freezes, so I try to hit windows+tab to get to task manager, but as soon as i hit task manager my pc black screened and made 3 beeping noises after rapidly clicking and then crashed.

So is the motherboard fried?
Please help.
Thanks!

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
